Service Warranty Policy
Effective Date: August 1st, 2025
Covered Services: This warranty policy applies exclusively to mobile oil change and tire rotation services provided by America's Best Mobile Lube.
1. Oil Change Warranty
Oil Change Service
90 days or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first)
We guarantee our oil change services against workmanship defects from the date of service. This warranty includes:
- Installation of the correct oil grade and quantity
- Proper installation of a new oil filter
- Secure tightening of the oil drain plug and cap
Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover engine damage caused by:
- Failure to follow manufacturer's maintenance schedule
- Use of the vehicle under extreme or commercial conditions
- Pre-existing mechanical conditions
2. Tire Rotation Warranty
Tire Rotation Service
30 days from service date
Tire rotations performed are warranted from the service date. This includes:
- Proper repositioning of tires based on tire wear pattern and drive type
- Torque applied according to manufacturer's specifications
Exclusions:
Warranty is void if:
- Lug nuts are tampered with after service
- Tires are worn beyond safe tread limits
- Any damage occurs not related to our service (e.g., pothole or curb impact)
3. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to correcting the service at no additional cost or refunding the original service fee, at our discretion. This warranty is non-transferable.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact us within the warranty period with:
- Proof of service (receipt or invoice)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or supporting documentation, if available
